Mindful Massage


Do you ever struggle to slow down and get into the "massage zone"? Have you ever had a particularly great massage session and wished you could be that connected Every time? In our fast-paced world, it is easy to let the frenetic energy around us influence our inner calm. This class is designed to help you find the vocabulary and tools to "tune in" and "turn up" your ability to become, and stay, grounded. Using guided meditation and a focus on palpation and proprioception, we will explore a different variety of practices for achieving this goal.
*Note this class will be different EVERY time offered, although on the same topic, the exercises will vary, thus making it a repeatable class.

Class is limited to 12 students maximum, minimum of 4.
