Ready to turn up the heat! Melt that Fascia! Work smarter and add heat to your tool kit! This class you will present how to do a basic stone routine, as well as incorporating hot stones into your Swedish & Deep tissue massage. We will also cover the effects of hot and cold on the body, precautions, contraindications and safety standards in preforming hot stone massage on your clients.
