We are a naturopath and an acupuncturist who share an office space in downtown Seattle. We are looking for a licensed massage therapist to join our space and whom we could refer our patients to.
About the space:
We are located in downtown Seattle in the Securities Building at 1904 3rd Avenue. The front door to the office opens to a reception area with a front desk (and front desk staff M-F from 9 AM-4 PM) and water cooler with tea available for patients. There are a total of three separate offices: one is used by the naturopath, and the other two are used by the acupuncturist and very occasionally by a nutritionist. The building locks at 6 PM but has a call-box for secure evening access. The Securities Building parking garage is available for your clients to park in, and you can purchase validation stickers from the parking garage if you wish to validate parking for your patients.
The smaller treatment room that is available for a massage therapist has a stereo system, a sink in the room, and is already set up with a massage table.
Availability (you can pick any/all of the below times):
Mondays all day
Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays in the evening after 5 PM
Wednesdays in the morning and early afternoon before 3 PM
Saturdays/Sundays all day
Monthly Rates:
$175 for a full day for the month
$90 for a half day for the month
Example: renting out every Monday full-day and every Wednesday before 3 PM would be $265 per month
